Cook Islands is a group of 15 islands located in the southwest Pacific Ocean. It has a population of 19,000 residents and is stretched across 2,000,000 square kilometers of the Pacific Ocean.

Tourist can easily get around Rarotongo via the round-the-island bus. The bus route the coast road in both directions that originate in both directions. You must be believes that your trip would be really fun and exciting. You must bring along your friends with you. Your friend must be know better about your illness before you start your travel.They must be help you while in travelling abroad.

Discussed with your therapist about your paln to travel abroad and note about his or her advised. If you are in a broad you could get his or her counseling via phone. It is not will kill you if you are did not see him or her just in 2 or 3 weeks.

you should enclose a backup plan incase the worst happen abroad. Discussed your back plan with your therapist about what should you do while you are not to close from your therapist while travelling. Not just having fun but to be safe is the most important things to think to.

Make sure you bring your pills alongs you and let your friends know about your pills. It is good because every body not too worry about you and travelling plan soon.
