Having holiday in an island are memorable and wonderful holiday. While you holiday in an islands a lot of fun and happy things you could enjoy there.

The best things there is a good practice of safety, they can be a disaster whike you are enjoying your holiday. You maybe  get sick or injured there.Howeversome people just get sun stroke or a few bug bits on their body,and you should remember that there are other things can be happen to you. Here are some tips to try  and hopefully can help you stay safe while your island holiday.

If you are having a holiday in a tropical islands, it have thick rain forests and are very high humidity area, you may see many insects that can bite and cause harm.The things  that you can do is guard against tropical insect bites and may be you will get sick.  Don’t forget to bring mosquito repellents with you. Make sure you apply some repellent while you are going outside, especially the time when mosquitoes are most active.

Tropical islands have a lot of tourist money flowing into them, making them targets for thieves. Please do not go out alone at night and always let people know where you will go.Personal safety is also important needs to remember, don’t flash a lot of money when you are buying souvenirs it might be pickpockets or thieves to follow you.

Having sun on the beach is really fun, but please becareful not to spend too much time in the sun. Spending to much time in the sun might be sunburns and damage your skin.While having sun bath you could drink plenty of water to overcome dehydration due to the heat. You could use sun screen lotions and creams to avoid getting a sunburn.

Scuba diving, parasailing, jungle trekking may all seem like fun things to do while having holiday in an island but they might be many risks too. Make sure what on you do such as scuba diving with licensed tour operators with a proven record of safety.Wearing the proper clothing and footwear on whatever activity you do will make your activity more fun while enjoying your island holiday.

The Paradise Island is one of the most beautiful regions in the Bahamas that is filled with luxurious resorts hotels. It is also famous for the beautiful beaches. Cabbage Beach is the most popular beach in the Bahamas that is consistently populated with tourists from around the world every year. Paradise Beach is the nicest beach in the Bahamas. Unless you are familiar with the region, you will have difficulty accessing the beach. There are many things you can do at Paradise Island. You can go and explore The Retreat national park which is a home to 170 exotic palms. Guided tour is available for free at the national park. You can also request a map so that you can explore the national park yourself. The Dolphin Encounters at Paradise Islands allows you to come face to face with dolphins. With the 30 minute Swim with the Dolphins program, immerse yourselves in the waters while dolphins swim and play around you.

Before you plan your vacation on Paradise Island, make sure you have determined which tourist attractions to visit. The peak tourist period is from December through February. The Spring Break fills the hotels from February to April. For these reasons, the best period to find cheap hotel accommodations in Paradise Island is from May to November.
